Fighting against erosion and enhancing the value of seawater on "La Baule-Escoublac" beach.

 

For the city of La Baule-Escoublac, ECOPLAGE has created a 3 in 1 system, with the following objectives:

- Fightingt against erosion on 1km of the La Baule-Escoublac beach

- Supplying the Aquabaule aquatic centre's pools with higly filtered seawater

- Supplying the heat pump of this Aquabaule centre to air-condition the pools and buildings using drained water

· Dries out the surface of the foreshore

· Limits the departure of sand

· Facilitates post-storm recovery

· Limits external sand inflows

... and nourish the Aquabaule:

· Sea-water filtered by the sand of the beach

· Heating basins and buildings by thalassothermy

  • Resumption of work at St Jean de Luz

    After 4 weeks of interruption, work restarts at the beach of St jean de Luz.                          Our teams use the high tides to install an Enerplage system. It will supply the Thalazur Thalassotherapy with seawater for the pools and to satisfy the air -conditioning needs (hot and cold) of the buildings (thalassotherapy, hotel, restaurant...)
